Suggest Tests To Confirm HIV

I am a gay male, uncircumsized, in a long-term committed and monogamous relationship (both HIV negative). Two weeks ago, while on business, I was in a steamroom at my hotel and a gay man sat next to me, began to masturbate himself, and then reached down and grabbed my scrotum and penis (I was almost entirely flacid as I wasn't there for sex). His hand was moist from the steamroom and the shower that is required before entering. He did not ejaculate. The entire episode lasted 10 seconds, and I left and showered. If he had some preseminal fluid on his hands mixed with the sweat and the steamroom moisture, was I at any risk for HIV?

Very negligible but still definite chances of getting hiv by that. Go for confirmatory hiv testing once after a month of exposure. You can go with p24 antigen or pcr.and always use safe sex practice.
