thank you for query. The mode of transmission by this route is most unlikely.the prodromal symptoms may take weeks to months to appear or may not appear in few.they are non specific.you can go for antibody tests like ELISA or COmbo test or PCR if available. All may lead to the diagnosis as already 4 months have passed. You can get back to me for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist

hi
HIV is possible only if the dancer is HIV positive only and that too if you are having any cuts in your mouth and if you have contacted any vaginal secretions.
generally HIV symptoms appear between 6 months to 10 years also. symptoms are repeated attacks of fever, respiratory infections, diarrhoea, weight loss etc....

in your case i hope you might not have contracted HIV due to above act.
all the best

Hello
I want to tell you that mere sucking of licking of vagina or vaginal secretion ,don't produces HIV .
Although HIV can be isolated in low titers from the saliva of a small proportion of infected individuals, there in no convincing evidence that saliva can transmit HIV infection , either through kissing or through other secretion by mouth.
In your case , there is minimal chance of getting infection of HIV.
The acute syndrome follows infection by 3-6 weeks and these symptoms are:
Fever, pharyngitis, lymphadenopathy , headache / retroorbital pain, arthralgis, lethargy, malaise, anorexia, nausea, diarrhea.
Since 4 months passed and you don't have any symptoms, this indicate that you are HIV free.
Still you can get rapid nucleic acid amplification test ( ART ) for confirmation of HIV.
Good luck.
