Suggest Suitable Therapy For Depression

hi
i think i might be going insane, im 17 and im sure you get this all the time, but i think i may be depressed, i sure as hell hope i'm not.

I checked on webmd, although i hear it dramatizes things a lot, and i checked all the boxes truthfully bar one that say you could be depressed.

my insanity is different, i do not chose this but sometimes i have dreams that im different people, and i have blanks of memories where these people creep into my daily thought....

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand. The first question I want to ask is are you disappointed? Disappointment can also produce several chronic and intense symptoms as in the case of clinical depression. But the difference lies in the duration. Disappointment related symptoms stay for a shorter period but depression symptoms are more and regular visitor. Just introspect. If you were overly disappointed in the near past, it is possible that you are having symptoms related to that. Otherwise, the best option will be to consult a psychologist / psychiatrist for diagnosis.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
