Suggest Solution For Rashes, Itching And Dryness On Face Due To Use Of Momate Cream

sir i am 35 years old female using momate cream since 4 years but few days back on my both cheeks developed lots of acnes,when i consulted doctor he said it is due to long use of momate cream and he started his treatment but no relief yet,sir i have red rashes,itching and dryness on whole face and neck,please suggest me for relief

I have read your query in detail and do understand your concern.

This cream contains steroids and hence it may cause a lot of unwanted side effects like irritation, hair growth on face, thinning of skin, wrinkles on face, pimples and even steroid dependence.
You should stop using it immediately.
If your skin has become addicted to it, leave it gradually.
Apply alternate days for a week, then twice a week for next week and then stop.
Never use any over the counter Cream on your face without consulting your dermatologist.

You can take antihistamines like, tab levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily.

Take regular sun protection.

Apply emmolient cream on your face.

Avoid using soap on your face. Use a medicated soapless cleansing lotion instead.
