General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First we should determine what the cause of slightly elevated creatinine is:
- Severe dehydration?
- Intense exercise?
- Chronic kidney/heart disease?
- Increased consumption of protein?

By treating the main cause, the levels of creatinine will get back to normal again. So we need to have a look at your blood and biochemistry lab tests reports to analyze and understand the underlying causes.

For the moment I can only suggest to increase plain water intake with oral rehydration salts once a day. Plus increase fresh fruits a s vegetables juice during the day. Avoid high protein foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
