Suggest Solid Foods For Infants
Hello Doc, I had no breast milk so had to start with Nan Pro 1 for my baby since he was 3 months old. Now he completed his 5th month. His stool is hard and green in color. Please let me know what solid foods I can give him. Can I give cerelac. Nowadays he is fussy with formula also doesnt drink. THank you

Cerelac is perfectly fine to start with. You can also add a new fruit or vegetable every 3 to 4 days. He may eat as much or as little as he wants on any given day.
