Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you want to get fair and smooth skin. I would suggest you to wash your face with face-wash containing glycolic acid and salicylic acid. Apply creams containing kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin. You should apply Vitamin E oil at night. You can take vitamin C supplements. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
Drink plenty of water, avoid oily and junk food. You should keep your face clean and apply aloevera gel. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. You can also go for skin lightening, glycoilc acid peeling and microdermabrasion.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
