Suggest Side Effects Of Delay In Treatment For Bile In Stomach And Chest

hi I have a nephew who unfortunately is incarcerated, he has been complaining about having stomach pain for about a month, he was finally allowed to see medical yesterday after having a temp 105 xrays were taken and he was told that he had bile in his stomach and his chest, but he had to wait until a doctor at a hospital could look at the xrays before anything else can be done which may take about 5 or 6 days, I am very concerned could u please give advice

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history about your nephew is incarcerated and has been complaining of having stomach pain for 1 month, was finally allowed to see a Medical yesterday after having temperature of 105 and the X-rays were done and told that he has bile in his stomach and chest but has to wait for 5 to days...
It is difficult to say how one can see bile in the X-rays.
I think an upper GI endoscopy only can show this and must have been done.
I would advise you the following for your nephew:
Change over to another hospital so that your nephew gets an early consultation of the specialists and get the proper treatment after proper investigations.
Let him be admitted till he gets the proper diagnosis and proper treatment.
