Suggest Side Effects Of Phenytoin Plus
My husband had a very dense stroke almost 9 years ago and three days ago had 4 seizures in three hours (first ever) ending in hospital where he has been given phenytoin. Last night he started vomiting coffee ground fluid. I wonder if the phenytoin plus the 125mg of pregabalin he takes for post stroke pain could cause the bleed.

Its not related to phenytoin. As of now antacids and supportive measures will be enough. Most probably it is due to minor stress ulcers in the stomach and intestine. If symptoms persists better to go for an endoscopy.
