I have gone through your question and under stood your concerns. Hard stool stuck up near the anal orifice can be soften with help of glycerine suppositories. Kleen enema is used, if glycerine suppositories fails. If patients is unable to pass stool with kleen enema, then manual evacuation to be carried out, usually under general anesthesia. Your case appears to be a milder one, as you are not bed ridden and leading an active life. Glycerine suppositories will work for you. In future keep fiber component in diet more to avoid constipation along with good hydration and physical activity.
I hope my answer will help you. Do rate it if you like it. Regards
