Suggest Remedy To Stop Loose Motions And Gastritis

my friend is having loose motions for the last 3 days (2-3 time/day )...taken lomotil tabs..no result..having gastritis also...done endoscopy 3 months back..no problm was der...had rabiprazole tabs that time for 3 weeks..pain got subsided also..can i have ur advice?

Take Tab. Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily for 5 days.
Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg one before breakfast for 4 weeks.
He will be all fine
