Suggest Remedy To Relieve Pain Due To Rectus Sheath Strain

I am a 53 year old woman and had gall bladder removal in 1998. For about 8 years now I have suffered from right abdominal pain. First diagnosed with cyclic vomiting syndrome then right rectus sheath strain. The pain is horrible and puts me in bed. Have seen 5 gastros and a nuerologist. No one seems to be able to help me and now have been told I just need to go to a pain clinic. I can t imagine living with this for the rest of my life. If it is indeed the rectus sheath, what can I do to minimize the pain if anything at all other than hot showers and heating pad? So need someones help. I have not been able to work for 2 years now.
