Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
these are radiological findings and have to be corelated to presenting complaints and symptoms clinically, foremost is severity of pain and amount of work that you can perform in routine, if it is hampering all movements to the extent of you missing your routine activity since a long period, then maybe surgical decompression of the area is indicated, if in tolerable situation responding to conservative measures not affecting routine then continue as such.in former case, seek some more opinion with spine surgeon
