Hello,
I can understand your problem and this can happen to anyone after a week of hospitalization.

Because dengue can lead to severe dehydration and due to that you must be feeling very weak. Also during hospitalization, you may be on higher antibiotics and other medicines, which effectively can lead to loss of appetite and nausea like feeling. Weight loss can also occur because of that only.

I would suggest you to take more liquids like fresh fruit juices, lemon water, glucose water, coconut water, etc. Also you can start semi solid diet, but start with small quantity and then gradually increase the amount. You can take multivitamin tablets for a week or so to raise your appetite.

Don't worry and don't get stressed, you will definitely gain your weight slowly and within a month or so, you will be like before. Just eat healthy food and take enough precautions against mosquito.

Hope this answers your question and feel free to ask any of your follow up queries.
