Suggest Remedy To Reduce Bp

Sir, My pressure comes continuesly comes round about 100/150, though i can run easily and nothing i feel much any bad syntoms for that, i can do every work easily, 2 km running 1 hour work out at gym, my boday weight is 110 but i can never face any problem for that, so any suggestion to reduse blood pressure level.

A blood pressure of 150/100 or more at two or more readings definitely is indicative of hypertension. Hypertension can be primary or secondary. Primary is due to age and is hereditary where as secondary is due to an underlying condition.

You need to see a doctor to screen you for primary or secondary hypertension alongside other cardiovascular risk factors.
After that, appropriate medication will be prescribed. There are a handful of drug for hypertension.

You should as well note that a single rise in BP does not mean hypertension
