Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

I can understand the distress regarding your symptoms. From what you have mentioned, you might be suffering from depressive disorder or anxiety disorder.

I would suggest that you seek a psychiatric consultation for your problems. Treatment with selective reuptake inhibitors like sertraline or paroxetine would be effective in your case. The treatment has be be regular and the medications will take some time before they start showing effect. So, you will have to be patient about the response.

Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
