Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

From what you have mentioned, you seem to be manifesting symptoms suggestive of a depressive episode. It is resulting in inability to relax, low self esteem, negative thinking.

You should consult a psychiatrist for initiating treatment. Anti-depressant medications like escitalopram would be helpful. In addition, you can also consider treatment with psychotherapy in form of cognitive behavior therapy which will help you learn to relax and will help in changing the negative thought pattern you have.

I do hope that I was able to answer your query. Best wishes.
