Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You broke up with your boyfriend and have developed symptoms like restlessness and inability to relax. You don't want to go out during the day, have panic like symptoms and ideas like people are watching you. You have poor social life and have no friends. These symptoms are persistent since last nine months. You also have greying of hair which is probably due to chronic anxiety and distress.
I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for consultation and evaluation. Depression can be one possibility because minor anxiety symptoms don't persist beyond six months. Medicines like SSRIs as sertraline, paroxetine, escitalopram etc can be used. These medicines will help in symptoms of depression and anxiety both. For panic like situations drugs like Etizolam, Propranolol etc can be used. These medicines can help you to prevent panic attacks. Consult a psychiatrist for prescription of these drugs. Try to move beyond past, also practice yoga and meditation to keep yourself relaxed.

For greying of hair you can take biotin supplements as they will slow down the process. Consult a dermatologist if problem increases.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
