Suggest Remedy To Overcome Anorexia

hi. i ve recently come out of hospital being treated for anorexia. I m finding it really difficult to maintain now that I am at home again. There are good and bad days however I know the good days are only to make my mum and outpatient team happy so i can eventually have enough trust that i can go back to my old ways without them finding out. How do I get rid of this mindset? Do I actually want to or will I ever?
