i feel all the syptoms of water retention i am on anti epileptic drugs which were started very recently and am hypo thyroid for which i am taking eltroxin In the recent test of t3 and t4 they were in control on taking my thyroid medicin i desperately want to loose weight pls guide I am low on calcium and vit d after my baby which was 5 years ago

Hi, The most probable cause for water retention must be hypothyroidism.
Anti epileptic drugs and Hypothyroidism can cause increased weight.
So, The plan for you is,
Treat hypothyroidism
Exercise regularly
Maintain your calories.
I would suggest you to increase your activity levels and start concentrating on diet.
You can take calcium + vit d supplements if you are diagnosed low levels for these.
