Suggest Remedy To Loose Weight

Hi Doctors, my age going to 25, my weight is 72kg my height is 159.
For past 2 month ago i was follow American Diet Program but the result is not good as per i think because my weight can lose to 70kg. Really unhappy, Now i decide to take Chappati is for my main menu for dinner. Can i lose if i continue had cappati only?

Do not lose your heart, your weight is not too high when compared to height. You can lose your weight easily if you follow constant balanced diet and exercise.
It is not the chapathi or dosa which makes difference, it is the calorie and frequency of intake which matters most.
It would have been better if you had mentioned your daily intake for any suggestion. Frequent and small meals really makes a difference. You can consult a dietician in your locality for better information.
