Suggest Remedy To Loose Weight

Hello, I am extremely obese, I have had my hips replaced and the right one has been replaced again and I am still in a lot of pain so exercising can only be done in very small intervals. I have hypothyroidism and was treated with radio-active iodine over 15 years ago. I have changed my diet to include healthier foods and now I am putting on more weight. I just read about Iodine Plus 2 and am wondering about trying that or some other wight loss pill. What do you suggest.

Dear friend .. as you describe yourself extremely obese .. also you have undergone hip replacement ,, better not to use any pill s or shortcuts to drop your weight they can be harmful. please consult the surgeon if u r fit for bariatric surgeries or liposuction. even with out that you can have a strict diet chart with lots of vegetables and fiber rich food stuffs. avoid carbohydrates, take more of proteins and even with sitting / supine position lots of exercises cane be done but consult your physiotherapist .. thank you
