Suggest Remedy To Increase Low Blood Pressure

I have headaches for 4 days now .I am dizzy nauseous can't focus and tired too.Checked my BP and it is always 87 over 59 or 90 over 60 . What should I do .I have physical in two days . I am tired of hearing from my Doctor go for a walk. I do not have energy for that when my BP is like this .Is there anything else I can do?

Hello and welcome to HealthCare Magic,

There couple of different reasons for having low BP which includes dehydration, anemia (low red blood cell iron), autonomic neuropathy, adrenal insufficiency ( hormonal/ enzyme).

I personally think you should be investigated for these conditions, for now, hydrate yourself with salt and water, Pedialyte/ Oral re-hydration solution is a good place to start.
