Psychiatrist 's  Response
hello there, the condition you are suffering from is known as premature ejaculation. This is a very common condition and doesn't require pills everytime. There are few techniques you can practice to delay your ejaculation and to increase time for intercourse. First is give less time for foreplay, second when you are about to reach orgasm change your thought to something else and divert your mind from sex, you can also take the penis out and massage gently with your hand at the base of penis. This will stop the ejaculation for a while and you can continue with sex. If the problem continues then you can start tab paroxetine but only after consulting a psychiatrist. All the best.
