Suggest Remedy To Gain Weight

I'm too thin guy. So I wanna get gain weight and strong muscle. I usually have a lot of rice and curry for lunch and dinner. But I can't get more gain weight. So I wanna know that how should I do for that case. By the way, I'm 26 years now. I have only 115 lbs.

Gaining weight requires the opposite of methods used for weight loss. Instead of decreasing your calorie intake, you should increase it.

This means increasing the energy value of the foods and drinks that you use. This energy would then be converted into body mass.

This involves the following: (1) increasing portion sizes of meals
(2)eating more frequently- snack between main meals
(3)increasing the calorie value of meals by adding dressings/oils/butter etc to meals

In addition, you need to decrease the energy that you put out. This would cause weight loss or prevent weight gain. This means decreasing aerobic exercise. You can consider strength training to build muscle mass.
