General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

To Increase weight in 4 months child, don't give cow milk. Only give breast milk. Kindly consult with pediatrician to rule out any other diseases. Do breast feeding every 2 hrs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
Family and general physician.
