hi i fugged before two months.i went to prastute that time.but that time i uesd condam.i fugged that month four days.but i am now very feel.because nex month i wii marry one girl.so i am very fear now.but this time my foot is small pain.now i am excercise daily morning time the excercise name down and up my body.So this pain is coming from this excercise or anything reason.i am very very fear now.pls clarify my doubt sir.how i will identify aids attack.how i will know in my body without blood test.pls,pls send me sir.

Thank you for query the symptoms may be due to exercises or exhaustion.so relax and do not fear.The symptoms of STD you can look for are any rash, vesicles, redness, in genitals, urethral discharge, itching or burning in area,Inguinal lymph node swellings etc.
If you have any symptoms you can consult doctor they will investigate you by local examination, urine or discharge sample lab examination,blood tests if required,biopsy if required etc.
