Suggest Remedy For Weight Gain After Cortisone Medication
I ve had 2 cortisone steriod/epidural shots in April and another shot July 15th that covered my trigger points and my L2 - L5. I was 125lbs in April and now I m 140. The shots didn t work for me, so my question is how long will this stay in my system? I would like to be back at 125lbs.

The steroid shot should last 3 to 6 months maximally though their effects can sometimes be shorter in some persons.
If you are able to modify your diet and perform physical activity within any limitations, then this would also help with weight management.
