Suggest Remedy For Watery Stools After Food Intake With Radiating Pain In Uterus

Im 27 about 220lbs. I am having problems eating when I do soon after somewhere withing a 1/2 hour 45 minutes later I have to poop. When I do it's ALWAYS diarhea. It hurts so bad that my stomach grumbles, and I feel like I am going to vomit. My lower intestine hurts so bad that it feels like there is something in the way and it is radiating pain from my bottom to my uterus area and I have a difficult time peeing because of this. I had my gall bladder removed 3 yrs ago and I'm Epileptic. I am confused and tired. I have sores on my back and a rash on my arm that have been there awhile that are s-l-o-w-l-y healing. HELP!! I am in tears and tons of pain should I go to the ER? What could this be?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Need to go for passing motion after food and that comes out as diarrhea with severe pain indicates that you have intestinal problems that need the following:
Clinical evaluation, examination and investigations ordered by a Doctor.
Tests of stool, blood and urine.
CT scan of the abdomen as there may be something inflammatory that only a CT scan can find out.
All these tests including colonoscopy if needed can give us the best possible diagnosis and hence to get a proper management which may be medical or surgical as the case may be; be prepared for the most appropriate management.
