Suggest Remedy For Warts In Underarms

Hi Doctor, I get warts under my arms every now and then. Some remain whereas some disappears. Some have remained for a long time. What could be the cause and how can I get rid of the existing ones? My general hygiene is pretty good, however I stay in very hot and humid location. I also get warts on the back and front of my neck. Any advice?
