Suggest Remedy For Vomiting In A Child With Abdominal Pain And Constipation

My 6/year old daughter is not well she started with vomiting last Saturday at 4am then complaint about stomanach pain as she was constipated. Then today she had docs medicine bit threw out vomiting and then she almost cried complaining of jitters in her head after vomiting now she is sleeping (we gave her crocin drops) Hope she will be fine

Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter have symptoms of abdominal pain, constipation and vomiting. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like :

- Lactose intolerance
- Electrolyte imbalance
- Dehydration
- Gastroenteritis
- Food poisoning
- Irritable bowel syndrome

I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history. Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. For now eat light and non spicy , avoid food like seafood and nuts. You should take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down.
