Suggest Remedy For Vein Burst

I was addicted to meth for about 4 months using by snorting mostly very little smoking it and i am in active recovery i have been sober for 32 days and i have been having veins in my legs burst and leave bruses. It didnt start until i started using and now that i have stopped using completley and am now sober they wont go away and seem to be getting worse......

Thrombophobe oint locally.
Tab-Chymoral forte x 10 days time
Rest / Elevation of legs for the burst out leg veins.
Venostocks if need be.
Antiseptic Dressings for the wound treatments.
