Suggest Remedy For Tiredness, Low Sex Drive And Weight Gain

i WAS TOLD BY A DOCTOR MY SPUTUM CORTISOL COUNT WAS VERY LOW. VALUES FOR THE MORNING SPECIMEN WERE BELOW NORMAL AND BASICALLY NON-EXISTENT DURING THE DAY.
COULD THIS EXPLAIN MY TIREDNESS, IRRITABILITY, LOW SEX DRIVE, WEIGHT GAIN EVEN THOUGH I EXERCISE DAILY? THE DOCTOR ONLY RECOMMENDED SPECIAL VITAMINS???? WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO IMPROVE THESE SYMPTOMS/

Well a low cortisol levels can definitely explain your problems . You need to get further tested to check for the cause of low cortisol levels. Low Cortisol levels usually happens due to problems in Adrenal glands , but what is the problem has to be evaluated . It needs further blood tests and scanning test.

In this regard I would recommnend you to consult an Endocrinologist and get yourself evaluated.
