Suggest Remedy For Tingling Sensation In Hands And Feet With Abdominal Pain

I have bone pain that moves around, gets pretty intense at times. Also have tingling in feet and hands, headaches, dry eyes and mouth, upper left abdominal pain for a few years in same spot. Recent blood work indicated abnormal protein band 1. What could this be

Hi,

If I will be assigned to treat you, I will suggest:
- SPEP and UPEP, helpful in diagnosis [serum beta2 microglobin, albumin] serum free light chain assay
- To find out exact cause is essential before treatment, my differntial diagnosis can be on history based mutile myeloma, mgus, walderstorm, primary lymphoma [needs lab work to say exactly any of these
- Take a few days multiple vitamins [Suradene]
- Combiflam [sos] only when pain comes, these are symptomatic treatment options
- Diet [no smoking, caffeine, alcohol, avoidance of non-veg is good in your case
- Eat as many fruits, vegetables, salads bunch
