Hello, I have torn my frenulum some weeks ago and despite obstaining from sexual activity to let it heal again, it has just torn on the first attempt again since.



What are my options from a medical perspective without having to resort to becoming a monk! I have read briefly about frenuplasty but have also heard that circumcision might be require (which I am not overly keen on).
