Hi welcome to health care magic... Mostly you will have tonsillitis infection of affected ear.... Eustachian tube connected to pharynx at one side and ear to another side... So you could have secondary ear affection also.... Your otoscopy examination has to done to look for ear drum swelling.... For congestion relief take benadryl like decongestant drug.... Suitable antibiotic course needed.... Salt water gargles done along with drinking more water.... Avoid excess spicy and fried foods... Take care...
