Suggest Remedy For The Soreness In Throat And Chest Due To Bleach

I was cleaning with bleach that was not diluted. I started notice it burned my eyes so I stopped using it. I was wondering how long after the first exposure before poisoning or damage occurs. Secondly, if it is about 8 hours after, should I still have soreness in the throat and chest?

With bleach alone, it's only a chemical irritant. The damage is not that much. Exposed areas and lungs are at risk. If you aren't coughing or short of breath, not much lung damage occurred but the soreness implies some irritation. Eyes can get a bit damaged and an eye doctor can do some simple observations and testing for it.
