HI. Atrophic Testis with no evidence of spermatogenesis, No Cancer. If the biopsy report is for both testes - there is no chance of becoming genetic father. No treatment is available anywhere in the world including India. If this is the report of one testis , please go for another biopsy of the remaining testis.
