Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
What you meant by low T,isn't very clear. ? testosterone, ? testis, ? ED.
You'll need to elaborate on that. Is jelly being used to improve erections ?
Is it for other purposes ? That also needs clarification.
For lack of ejaculation, you'll need the following :
1. Get examined by an Urologist, who'll perform a DRE (rectal examination).
2. Routine blood tests, RBS,PSA, creatinine and LFT.
3.ultrasound scan-KUB, and TRUS.
According to reports, proper advice will be given, by your Urologist.
This isn't related to your other treatment. Get well soon.
