Suggest Remedy For Testicle Problem
Dera Doctor , when i masterbate sperm out; my left testical will become very soft and my right testical remain hard. and also i will have small pain in my left testical or left side of my bum.. can you please tell me whether it is a serious problem? do i need go for any sort of medication or test ?

Noted your history of the left testicle getting soft om masturbation but not the tight one which remains hard.
The causes can be blockage of flow of sperms at the right epididymis or vas deference and/or epididymis and so on.
This can be confirmed by ultrasonography and color doppler and a clinical examination by an Urologist.
Get the treatment accordingly.
