Suggest Remedy For Swollen Tonsils, Discolored Roof Of Mouth And Sore Throat

Hi, I have had a sore throat for the last 4 days and today has gotten alot worse. It is incredibly painful to swallow, to the point where i cant eat or drink anything and i am producing quite a bit of drool. I have a persistant cough. No fever or headache. My tonsils are very swollen and the roof of my mouth is a pale grey color. I am getting to where it hurts to bad to talk. Can you please tell me if you know what could be causing this?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through thre description, it appears that you have contacted with acute upper respiratory tract infection.
Take antibiotic Tablet.Azithromycin 500mg one tablet a day for 3 days.
Take. Syrup Ambroxyl with guaniphesin combination two table spoons 3 times a day for 5 days.
Take Tablet Levocetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for 5 days.
Do salt water gargling with warm water thrice a day for 5 days.
Your symptoms should come down in a day or two and be relieved in about 5 days to one week.
