I have a pimple on my chin. I noticed yesterday that it started swelling. It is now pretty swollen and hurts. I think that it is pretty infected. Last night, I took a sterilized needle and tried to open it up. Some pus came out of it, but it is still swollen. It is so sore to touch that I can not really squeeze it, and had to use ice to numb it when I used the needle. It hurts when I smile and I feel that whole area is swollen. I have been cleaning it, trying to open it up with a needle, and putting my perscription clindomycin gel on it, because that's what I use for acne. What should I do?
