Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear caring father
It seems your son has got significant trauma to his foot and since he is not able to put weight on it possibility of fracture is very likely. Please visit orthopedic consultant nearby you and get examined. I would like to advise radiograph of foot anteroposterior and oblique views to rule out bony abnormalities. Start taking tab diclofenac plus serratiopeptodase combination twice a day for pain relief. Apply ice packs to reduce swelling . All the best
