while having sex doggy stile with my wife, i pulled to far out and missed reentry. my erection went soft quickly. the surrounding area of my penis swelled and brused.i went to emergency room but no answers 10 days later tried to do again butt it hurt to put stress on erection.

In my opinion you should use acetaminophen and diclofenac to relieve pain and swelling. You need to avoid any sexual intercourse for atleast two weeks till erection become pain free....
