i got some infection on my penis. there had been itching on the top sides of my penis since last two days. i have applied a medicated cream on the affected areas and i observed next day that the affected areas became dark and soft and there was no itching. i felt it was healing. had sex with my girlfriend at night. i did not have intercourse . a part of the affected dark skin on the top of my penis got removed and it was bleeding a little when it got rubbed when my girlfriend was on my top. i was wearing brief but it got rubbed very hard. i am not able to take bath as it pains and burns a lot when it comes in contact with water. now the entire top of my penis is swollen and i cant even wear pants. please help.
