Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Bruises In Wrist Veins
HiI am on holiday in a hot country, thought that may be of importance. My wife just knocked her inside wrist very lightly and the veins just seem to merge into each other and left with a massive bruise. We applied ice but left with a huge bruise and swollen. Please advise what has happened if possible.Thanks Anthony

It is a nonserious soft tissue injury (bruise) and this will heal of its own with time.You may continue with Ice fomentation along with ibuprofen.If the problem persist for more than 3-5 day or increaes,you may see a local doctor.
