Suggest Remedy For Stuck Stool In Rectum With Swollen Anus
I have hard stool stuck in my rectum. Been pushing and straining for almost a half hour. My anus is swollen and while the stool is stuck at the tip I didn t have the urge to go anymore. I used a hydrocortisone suppository and still haven t gone to the bathroom yet. What can I do for this problem?

As per your description this is probably a fecolith, caused as a result of chronic constipation.
What you need is manual evacuation. Apply Lox 2% jelly( in suffering quantity) over the anus 5 min before going for defecation and try evacuate the faeces manually assisted by your fingers. Apply Lox 2% jelly again after defecation. Also use a topical antibiotic cream. You may visit a surgeon for further evaluation and management.
