General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of severe pain in abdomen, sweating, chills, nausea. The pain is more on the left upper side.
Such an occurrence is usually due to severe infection of the intestinal tract.
I would advise you the following:
Blood culture in such cases helps a lot.
Ultrasonography / CT scan of the abdomen
Stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
routine tests of the blood and urine.
Colonoscopy is suspected on CT scan.
A trial 5 day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, anti-spasmodic, probiotic should help you to get well and rests of the treatment as per the investigations reports.
I find this answer helpful
