Suggest Remedy For Stomach Tightening,nausea And Diarrhea

Hi, yesterday and today my stomach has been tightening or contracting on and off. When it does this, I get nausea and hot all over/sweating for a few seconds, then it goes away and comes back every few minutes. Also, I have had some light diarrhea. I am 20 years old and a female.

This is probably due to gastroenteritis, please take Omeprazole once daily and Flagyl tablets every eight hours for three days.
