Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pains

I have been having stomach pains for sometime now had a CT scan and no cancer there but sometimes lately my balls hurt like being kicked in them it does go away but it lasts bout half to full hour I do smoke no drinking and am a pot smoker too I drink bout 2 cups of coffee and lots of gator aid I m 38 and wondering what s up?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Pain in abdomen with normal CT scan and occasional pain in both the testes indicate that there may be a local problem of the testes like:
-Recurrent torsion
-Varicocele
-Epididymo-orchitis

You need further investigations like:
Color doppler and ultrasonography of the abdomen.
MRI of the spine if Neurological / Sensory cause is thought of by the Urologist on clinical evaluation and physical examination.
